Furniture Moving for Your Selected Service Level

Gold includes limited furniture moving, while Platinum includes furniture moving as outlined in the service-level table. Confirm which items can be moved and any limitations before cleaning. We use skidders when moving suitable furniture to help protect it and your carpet.

Pre-Vacuum

Pre-vacuuming removes loose, dry soil before wet cleaning and helps prepare the carpet for the selected cleaning method.

Carpet protector can help your carpet resist spots and stains, but does not make it stain-proof. Gold and Platinum include the six-month spot-and-spill warranty; pet urine is excluded.

Re-Set Pile and Speed Dry

Re-setting the pile helps improve the carpet’s appearance. Drying equipment can help the carpet dry sooner, but drying time varies with the carpet, cleaning method and conditions. Ask your specialist when the carpet can be used again.
