HOT WATER CLEANING
Hot water extraction uses a solution of hot water and detergent to loosen and remove soil from carpet fibers. Your specialist will evaluate whether this method is appropriate for your carpet and explain what to expect from the cleaning and drying process.
ENCAPSULATION CLEANING
Encapsulation is a low-moisture cleaning method that surrounds soil particles so they can be removed. Your specialist can explain when it is suitable for your carpet and how the care plan differs from hot water extraction.
CARPET STAIN REMOVAL
Tell us what caused the spot, how long it has been there and which products you have already used. Your specialist will assess the area and recommend an appropriate treatment. Results depend on the carpet, the substance and any existing damage; some discoloration may be permanent.
PET STAIN & ODOR REMOVAL
Pet accidents may need treatment beyond routine carpet cleaning. Tell us where the accident occurred and whether the odor or stain has returned after earlier cleaning. Ask your specialist about the appropriate treatment, its scope and realistic expectations before work begins. Pet-urine treatment is separate from the spot-and-spill warranty described below.
Questions about damaged carpet? Ask about your options
If your carpet has loose seams, ripples or damaged areas, describe the concern when you contact Aladdin. Confirm whether repair service is available for your carpet and location before scheduling. A cleaning appointment does not automatically include repair work.

Day of Cleaning
Begin with a conversation about your carpet, the areas to be cleaned and any spots or concerns. Confirm the appointment window, furniture-moving scope and selected service level in advance. Cleaning and drying times vary with the method and conditions; ask your specialist when the carpet can be used again and discuss any fragrance preferences before treatment.
Following the Appointment
Aladdin strives for 100% customer satisfaction. A representative from Aladdin will contact you, and you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the quality of the service provided, the performance of the cleaning specialist and your overall satisfaction.
Aladdin’s Carpet Cleaning Process
Our 10-step process gives you a clear view of how we care for your carpet and protect your home. Inspection, preparation and communication help guide the work. Your specialist can explain areas that may need additional treatment and the results you can reasonably expect.
Carpet Cleaning Service Levels
Choose a service level that fits the areas you want cleaned and the furniture-moving support you need. Gold includes limited furniture moving; Platinum includes furniture moving as shown below. Confirm which items can be moved, any limitations and the agreed scope when requesting your estimate. The six-month spot-and-spill warranty excludes pet urine.
